A final girl premise with some queer romance make this YA book worth checking out. The summer camp location is timely and classic for the potential creepy factor.
The cover is a bit odd and makes the girl look like a monster looming over the town. The writing is quite good, easy to read and taut.
This seems like a quick-reading horror that an be enjoyed by teens and adults on the beach or by the pool this summer.
