Throughout this sneak peak I see myself as a queer teen, friends, and my family. It's interesting because I see red flags in this relationship, from the first couple chapters that I've been warned about by my therapist, talked about with my mom, and watched my friends experience. Through in the trauma that holds these two together and it seems like a perfect recipe for an amazing story that I could see others in my life going through in real life. Hopefully without the massacre part. That piece doesn't necessarily need to be there to experience the unhealthy co-dependence that these two have. It's very interesting and I haven't even finished the first look! I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the first look and the novel. I really enjoy this so far and would recommend to other people I know.
