I am not a fan of stories about people being hacked to pieces. But I have to admit this one sounds good. I got the feeling that Cherry wasn’t all she was cracked up to be but it was all very subtle and I was never quite sure. But then everything takes a heartbreaking turn when her true love might be involved. If anything is going to get me to read gory it is the beautiful tension and suspense written into the beginning of this book.
