First and foremost a huge thank you to Bookishfirst for the free copy for an honest review. The book itself is a beautiful hard copy with an elaborate book cover but the best part is the hardback its self!!! With a beautiful red hardback the spine shows "The Last Bloodcarver" in black making it stand out! The front cover shows an amazing stamped picture as well! Nothing short of a magnificent book!!

This is by far my favorite book so far in YA for 2024!
I found "The Last Bloodcarver" to be a unique YA fantasy in one regard, it has an absolutely fascinating "power" for our MC! She is a force and yet also emotional. Thinking she is the last of her kind she feels all alone and tries to blend in as much as possible to avoid detection.
Beautifully written and nothing short of a best seller! Vanessa Le did a beautiful job describing everything happening that picturing every single thing happening was a breeze.
Definitely excited for the second book in the series "His Mortal Demise" in 2025!!
