This has some of the coolest magic I've read; the descriptiveness of Nhika delving into a person's body to heal them was amazing. I love the detail of her feeling what the sick person feels, and having to work through it. That whole part was awesome. It's an interesting choice to have her be caught so soon, but it establishes the enemy, which seeks to destroy her kind. I'm interested in learning more about this world and seeing where the story goes. The cover is a perfect representation of the main character and her abilities, I love it.
