My first impression of The Last Bloodcarver is confusion when I first read the title - I don't know what a bloodcarver is. I don't like the cover enough to look at the blurb if I saw it in a bookstore.
I really don't read much fantasy except for Melissa de la Cruz and don't think I would be interested in this book.
