I'm not really the audience for YA fantasy, but there is a lot here that is draws my interest. I love the bold cover and the interior illustrations. I thought the writing was strong, and even though it's not the type of story I generally read (again, just fantasy as a genre), I like the premise drawing on Vietnamese mythology.
