Im new to knitting and have always felt that it was a little intimidating. That’s likely because I was taught as a very young kid by very stern women with no patience to slow down and let me see exactly what the yard was doing. I had no idea what was going on, and so never learned. This book is great because it is truest for us beginners. It explains all the terms you run into when looking up a knitting project that you might want to learn to do, and breaks them down so you aren’t intimidated, you just understand what is going on. It covered a wide range of things that you will need and plenty that you won’t need right now. I’m really happy I was able to win a copy of this book because it will help me get stared.
