This book of knitting terms and techniques looks like a really useful resource! I'm fairly adept at knitting, but there are plenty of techniques I still don't know, so this would be a handy book to have around! It looks to be well organized and pretty extensive. The cover is rather simple, but for a knitting dictionary I think it works.
