This would be a very useful book for knitters both new and experienced. It explains the lingo for those who are just starting out and might be overwhelmed by all the new terminology in an easy-to-read (but not patronizing) manner, and the alphabetical arrangement of the terms makes it easy to search if you're trying to look something up. I'm putting this on my list of potential gifts for the knitters in my life.
