I really enjoyed this mystery/thriller set in Savannah. There were many likeable characters- namely Stony, Jaq and Ransom. It kept my interest and I read it in a day. The setting was perfect for a gothic type thriller and the commentary on wealth, class, race, privilege was well done (for a white man). I recommend this for a unique story and setting and those who are tired of the same domestic thrillers. It’s really well written and different than typical thrillers - I love a good gothic mystery and the setting was absolutely perfect for this book. People will really enjoy these characters and getting to know them in this world. I’m anxious to read it again because I feel like it would be even better the second time around when you really get a feel for how to read the story. Well done and definitely inspiring to read this wonderful book! Thank you for the review copy
