Southern fiction is so my jam! I love books that a fun of southern charm - but also southern mystery. Theres something so atmospheric about the south. It's gritty, it's mysterious, and this one has all that atmospheric vibe so far - all the secrets and mystery, and it already feels so incredibly chilling. I love the bits of dark history added to the narrative which make this murder/disappearance al the more intriguing!
