From the initial look at the cover I had a feeling that this would be my type of book. With dark atmospheric tones, it sets the mood for the mystery that it is, and the unlikely detective who has been tasked with unraveling it all. At times, I did get a little confused with just the short introduction as to the characters and timelines, but I think a little more reading would iron that out and as it's starting off to be an intriguing story.
