After reading the synopsis of this book, I was not too excited about it since I do not really go for books like this one, and I thought it was just an okay novel after reading the first look. The beginning parts of the story were slightly confusing and hard to follow for me, but the characters seemed interesting. I like that this novel takes place in the South (in Savannah), since this makes a nice setting for a ghost story, and that it centers around a murder mystery. I am not familiar with this author's writing but I found the book to be well written and interesting. The cover is also very intriguing and adds to the mystery surrounding the story.
