Atmosphere and mystery from the beginning!

The setting of the Prologue (and especially the references to The Kingdom) coupled with the seemingly quirky but interesting characters of Morgana and Ransom in the first chapter have me hooked and wanting more! I enjoyed The Ravens some years ago by this author, and I am looking forward to reading his newest.
