The story is awesome. Mozart has a sibling who may actually be more talented than him. However, that sibling is a sister. I think calling that a story is almost unfair since this is true history. Mozart did have a sister and she was a talents sister who had to live in her brother's shadow. I love that Marie Liu took a huge risk with this book. There is no romance, no real thriller, its more of an interpretation of a place called Kingdom of Black that the siblings really did create in their mind. You can tell that Liu did her work. She hit on a historically factual points (but also missed a few)
What I liked most about this book, is how she established everyone's relationships and how she developed the relationship between the siblings.
Fans be warned, this is a completely different book from her previous ones, so really, please go into it with an open mind because it has a lot of heart, depth and emotion.
