I devoured every word of the first impression and I desperately want more. I have never been a huge fan of Marie Lu's other works, but I am a lifelong music lover and this book already is drawing me in, teasing me like someone would tease a violin and I need to read more of it. There's something about the way that Marie Lu is writing Nannerl's story that makes it even more haunting and sadder than it already is as a woman who is forced into the shadows of her brother based solely on the fact that she is a woman.
