I haven't read Two Girls Down but The Janes quickly introduces Alice Vega and Cap, their differing personalities as well as their intriguing relationship. I am most interested in seeing their partnership in solving the case as well as their personal interactions. The case is interesting as well, and there's a strong sense of urgency to find the Janes before it's too late. I like the cover's color scheme a lot.
