This sample is well written and very interesting from the start. If you like spooky autumn stories then this looks really good! (This story is not for me though, I couldn't continue after finishing Emer's chapter.) It's also a little creepy and I'm not sure why Emer chooses to follow and stare at men. Is she trying to make them uncomfortable for some reason? What makes her bait and for what?
