Ms.Sutherland is one of my favorite authors, and she did a beautiful job with the parts of the book I was able to get a first look at so far. I loved the anxiety and nervousness I felt for our first protagonist Zara, when she was walking in an area she knew could be unsafe, and how she transported through shadow was awesome! I am dying to know who was following her! Emer is also another character that I can't wait to see what happens with! And how those two will meet up with Jude!
