Initially, I loved Caleb's voice, which is really unique and engaging, even from the first page. I loved the internal conversations he had with himself, and they helped me relate to the character and immediately develop a connection with him. I also think the idea of his abilities is very unique, and I look forward to seeing how he discovers more about his empathy and the true capacity of it. I am also excited to see how his relationship progresses with Adam, who has has proven to be an engaging character on his own. The cover is absolutely stunning as well, and I love the imagery involved with the colors on the front! Overall, I loved the sample and I am so excited to read more of this story!!
