Firstly, the cover. It’s beyond beautiful and eye catching and really drew me in. So much for not judging a book by it’s cover! But this judgment paid off! The sample of the book has me hooked.
I love the idea of reading about. character who can feel emotions, that’s such an exciting difference that sucks me in. I also adore the differences between the characters home lives. Ones filled with parents who care enough to take him to therapy, and a sister who wants to get to know hi condition more, whilst the other is a cold, empty dark house filled with loneliness. It’s like the sun and the moon, interesting!
It also makes me happy that this is an LGBT book, as we can never have enough representation of our community!
