Definitely YA, but possibly an interesting take.

I like the idea that the “weird kid” isn’t the one who developed powers, it was someone who already had a place in the social structure. I also like how they made Atypical a good thing, a gift, instead of a disorder as it is thought of now. The cover is nice as as well, showing the focus on Adam and Caleb (the only two people with color), whereas everyone else is grey with colors swirling around them that funnel into the boys.
