I decided to take a look at this book after seeing someone mention it in a Facebook group. I love stories that contemplate the question, "what would you do if you knew the day of your death?" This book appears to be a wonderful possibility.
Reading the first chapter, I was slightly distracted by the author's use of punctuation, and incorrect uses of tense on occasion. However, the premise of the story and the comparison of the children's lives with the world around them is enough to make me overlook minor editing issues. I love that the author mentioned major historical events that are well known, and contrasted them with the daily activities of children that most people would never think about.
