Story follows 4 siblings who go to a fortune teller, gypsy, to see when they will die. Each finds out but they aren’t suppose to tell anyone. Story is told in 4 parts by each sibling. Where one story ends, the next one picks up from. It’s a little slow and predictable. I could figure out who would or wouldn’t die and the order. Most shocked by the fact that this one event splits the family apart and they never seem to recover from it.
There were a few surprises and some things weren’t fully explained. So it was kind of confusing, why put it in there since it just leaves the reader going “huh”.
It is a debut novel, so I can over look a few things. And the title really doesn’t fit the story.
