As children Daniel Karla and Varyla sibling that get told the time of their death. We all think that is something we want. But do we? I for one would not want to know. The Immoralist is Told threw chapters revolving around each sibling. I would be more inclined to have just had a third person overall story telling. At times I could not connect with one sibling but kept pushing to see where the ending went. The dynamic of growing up close in age but all completely diffrent. Some having "date of their death" stamped in their minds. Were scared to live but one special sibling lived more because of it. Overall I think I needed more out of this book. It left a taste in my mouth and it wasn't a good one.
