I generally don't enjoy books that have unhappy endings, but I did enjoy this one based on the way the story was organized. Each main character in the novel, Simon, Klara, Daniel and Varya, had a section dedicated to their life and all of the decisions they made after that fateful night to the "psychic." I especially enjoyed Klara and Simon's story because they were more free-spirited and lived their lives to the fullest. The flow of the stories were easy to follow and I was able to isolate my thoughts and feelings on each character and their individual stories.
