I've seen this book recommended to me on various book sites. I was intrigued by the book's description. Therefore, I was very happy to see it as one of BookishFirst's selections.
The book tells the story of four Jewish siblings in New York City, who in 1969, when they are all thirteen or younger, hear word of a "seer" who can tell them each, the exact day they will die.
They find her and, individually, meet with her. She tells each of them that they cannot share with the others, what she has shared with each of them.
The book then jumps forward about ten years and the kids are in their late teens and early twenties and are planning out their futures.....
