The title and cover with the tree reminds me of Tuck Everlasting which is one of my all time favorite books. After reading the general description it makes me wonder if it was also one of the author’s favorites. The description also scared me a bit. While the book is not a horror book, our mortality is something all of us have in common. Ideally we are to walk this earth keeping that in mind. I’m interested to see how the characters face their expiration date and hope this story brings the depth and enlightenment that Tuck has.
