I need to read more!
This book starts off with several characters - four siblings, parents, other relatives - which can be hard for me to keep straight. But it also started off with the siblings meeting a fortune teller who tells them the dates of their deaths. This alone makes me want to read more of the book.
The era, the potential for a sweeping family story, and the secrets told to each of the siblings by the fortune teller are enough to make me want to read more.
