This sounds like it's going to be an interesting book. I personally love the idea of living in my own dream beach house, but the idea of having to give it up during the prime beach time of the year to be able to afford it doesn't sound so fun. It will be neat to see how Ruthie handles this very situation and what her life is like away from the beach.
