This excerpt had a great start of summer vibe, it feels ideal for warm weather reading. I don’t love where it looks like things are headed with the ex, but the daughter intrigues me, I’m thinking I could really enjoy her part of the story. The cover has such a glamorous beachy look to it, I love it.
