Everything looks picture perfect on the outside, but there's just enough of a tantalizing hint to indicate that there will be more to Ruthie and Adeline's interactions than that of homeowner/renter. With Ruthie's marital tension already established, I suspect there may be drama between her sort-of-husband Mike and Adeline as well. Also an intriguing hint of some teen girl drama, as their daughter is friends with a girl who seems to have all the material wealth Ruthie's family lacks.
