The text is packed with brand names and technical jargon that I don't understand. The dialogue is bland and the writing is choppy and while good enough isn't standout. For a fast-paced spy novel, as this looks to be, that may be fine, but it doesn't entice me to read it. And there's way too much book-specific technical jargon to make it feel fast-paced. It just feels bogged-down.
