This excerpt was too short to really give me much idea of what the book is about or who the characters are. As a result, I'm not sure if I'd read the book or not. The writing is interesting. Who is the narrator, who, it seems, can move like a spider? The cover art is okay, but this isn't a style of art that attracts me to a book.
