I was very excited to review "The Haunted" by Danielle Vega. I had enjoyed reading the first impression & couldn't wait to finish reading the book. I was waiting to receive the early copy, maybe a bit impatiently. This book did not disappoint. I really liked the characters in the book and felt that they were very well developed. I read the book in a day because I did not want to put it down. The story kept me intrigued and I wanted more. And it did scare me a bit, especially since I was reading it at night, after everyone else went to bed. I actually have now given the book to my teenager to read because I think she will enjoy it also. And now I would like to read other books from Danielle Vega.
