This was a really good read and it far exceeded my expectations! I love paranormal novels so this was right up my alley. The story starts with the main character, Hendricks, and her family moving to a new town and moving into the town’s notorious haunted house (according to local legend). Strange things start happening within the house and to her family members. Hendricks and her new mysterious next door neighbor work together to solve the problem occurring with the ghosts before thing get even more out of control.
I really enjoyed the way this story was written as it was a quick and easy read. Danielle Vega did a great job of making this story just creepy enough. With all of the gripping details I had a really hard time putting the book down. The plot was fast moving and the eerie story was well driven. I appreciated the dynamic between the characters as well.
