Hendricks is the outsider of this 'normal town' as her friends like to tell her. She's moved into a house that reminds me so very much of the murder house from American Horror story, and it's just so GOOD! This is one of the best first impressions I've read. I can't tell you how pleased I am that there was so much to devour. The cover makes this seem like a kind horror story, but it's feeling far from it and it's wonderful. Adding this to my TBR list now.
