It took me a while to get into this one. I kept picking it and up and putting it down, and didn’t feel connected. I didn’t love the main characters and didn’t understand why they did (or didn’t do) the things they did. However, once I got about halfway into it, I found myself invested in the story and was dying to find out more about the half sister, if she was who she said she was, and her reasons for showing up Closer to two-thirds the way through, the twists kept me on my toes. While they did seem a little far-fetched at time, I was pleasantly surprised with the twist ending. (It was the ending I was hoping for).

Since I read the second half in one sitting, I’d say it was pretty good and I’d recommend to anyone that loves to read thrillers.
