The Half Sister by Sandie Jones was a book I am glad I pushed through! The beginning started a little slower than I expected it to, but I think that is mainly because I was expecting more of a thriller novel. The Half Sister is tagged as mystery/thriller read, but honestly was not that way until the very end (and that's even a stretch). I would classify this book more as a drama instead of thriller. I really enjoyed the multiple point of view plot. I did have trouble relating to the characters' actions sometimes, but overall I am glad I read this story. If you are looking for heart-pounding thrilling action, this one is not quite it. I would recommend The Half Sister to any reader that likes family dramas.
