This is a Sandie Jones novel so I should have expected it, but there is so much dysfunction in this family! Whoa! I haven't decided yet if I like the characters, although I do feel sympathy for the three main females. Kate is clearly struggling with not only infertility but her identity. Lauren wants to be a supermom and nurse but her marriage doesn't seem to be all that hot, and Rose has just been handed a bombshell that I think she might have already known about, or at least suspected. This secret half sister seems likeable but really, with the fragile family dynamics already at play, anything could happen. So much drama ahead!
