I really enjoyed The First Mistake by this author, but I couldn't get into The Other Woman because I just didn't like any of these characters. This book may be following along with The Other Woman, because of the details the author has chosen to include. The first several pages of the book focus on the IVF process, something I have a lot of strong negative feelings about. This is contrasted with the perspective of a woman in what is clearly an unhappy marriage. But what do these women have to do with the secret half-sister who has just dropped a bombshell on their family? Where could this story be leading?
