This excerpt was a little short for me to get into the book but I found that I saw myself a lot in Lauren. I have become a stay at home mom with all the complications and stress that it provides. This novel hits home with me and could definitely draw people in with how realist the scenarios are. I wonder if the book will take a darker twist or if it will be more realistic and tackle the struggles of the family.
