I really enjoyed this book! The girls were all great as was Zee. I enjoyed the Western setting though at times I struggled with some of the world-building. The concept of dustbloods and how they came about was a little underdeveloped. I felt like there was one short paragraph that quickly summed up the history and it didn't feel like enough to me. I would have liked if the author had gone more into depth with the dustbloods. Especially since the entire book is based around prejudice against the dustbloods. Maybe it's something that will be further explored in the next book, I believe this is a trilogy.
I loved all the girls. They were such great characters and I really enjoyed learning about each of them. The end of this book was really great and I loved the big reveal.
