Losing your mom has to be one of the hardest things anyone ever has to go through. But having the help of her two best friends to keep you busy and looking after you has to bring some comfort. Eliza had a bit of a rough life growing up but the two constants were her godmothers. After he mom passed, she tends to close off other people in fear of losing them. But then she is offered a trip that will change her life forever. She meets a new family and, as chaotic as it is, she begins learning who she really is.
Her godmothers are waiting for Eliza to ask about her mothers troubled past and about her father as he was not part of her life growing up. They have all the answers. This book is all about love, family and those who aren’t family but are there just like family. The pace of this book is perfect and the characters are all lovable. Seeing the path Eliza takes in life is so rewarding.
