I enjoyed the first two chapters so much, that I decided to use my earned points to guarantee a copy of this novel from BookishFirst! From the first page, this novel had me intrigued. The main character, Eliza, has an upbringing that is anything but normal. Fast forward thirteen years later, Eliza has been employed in her first "real" job out of university. She is efficient, yet life has seemed to pass her by. Eliza's life is about to change!
