The Godmothers has a sort of Mamma Mia vibe set in Australia. Eliza lives with her single mom, but remains in close contact with her two non-fairy godmothers. After tragedy strikes when she is only 17, Eliza continues to lean on her godmothers as her life plunges into turmoil.
