I think the cover is cute and attractive in its simplicity. The story sounds good and after getting to know the main character Eliza a little in the first chapters I now am very much invested in finding out what happens next. I adored her relationship with her mom and was saddened when her mom passed away. It sounds like Eliza is primed for an adventure (the loss of her job and apartment, while shocking and unsettling, is freeing and this has made the new adventure possible) and I can’t wait to find out what she will encounter. It also sounds like a bit of a mystery will be solved when she learns more about her family, so that’s intriguing as well. Overall, a very pleasant start and I would love to read more.
