It is a powerful story that conveys the message of how great pain can become a message of hope!

It is a very relatable book for anyone who has ever felt unworthy, insecure, scared or guilty about how they act, look or eat. It’s actually based on the Author’s own experience with anorexia.

Dealing with demons that created an eating disorder, Anna Roux, a professional dancer goes into a treatment Center to help her confront her anorexia and depression and get to the root of the fears that have lead to her feelings of unworthiness.

She meets the Women behind the stereotypical names of all kinds of eating disorders and albeit reluctantly at first, she learns what it’s like to form a companionship and how to want to fight for all of their lives and break down the walls to the past that have created their disorders.
