Thanks to the publisher for my free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Lots of triggers here, including eating disorders/mental health issues, etc.

Thanks to the publisher for including me in the blog tour for The Girls at 17 Swann Street. This book was a brutally honest look into the life of someone with a serious eating disorder. Uncomfortable and depressing at times, this book does not shy away from the truth about anorexia, and the toll it takes both physically and emotionally. This story was beautifully written, but not for the faint of heart. I know so many people who loved it, but I had a hard time connecting emotionally to the story. It felt like the actual story was very "short" ( I thought it might span several years), so it was hard to get super invested in it.
